MBABANE:Tibiyo TakaNgwane recognizes the role played by culture in fostering peace and social cohesion hence the organization’s continued support for uMhlanga and other cultural events.

Tibiyo has been, for the past years, supporting cultural events that include Incwala, Buganu and the uMhlanga Reed Dance Ceremony.

Under the wise leadership of the Managing Director Absalom ‘AT’ Dlaminin and the Main Committee, acting on His Majesty King Mswati’s command, Tibiyo TakaNgwane’s contribution to social and economic development continues to be a major pillar, supporting the Government and the entire country.

The Main Committee performs the functions of the Board of Directors but, the majority of members of the Main Committee are non-executive.  

The members are appointed by the Ingwenyama and their diverse backgrounds bring in a wide range of knowledge, experience, skills and independent judgement to their discussion on issues. 

Currently, the Main Committee is composed of the following members; Prince Fipha(Chairman), His Royal Highness Prince Simelane, Managing Director Absalom Themba Dlamini, His Royal Highness Princess Sidvumolesihle, Chief Ndlaluhlaza Ndwandwe, Chief Ndzabankhulu Simelane, Professor Cisco Magagula, Khephu Cindzi, Lindiwe Lindiwe Dlamini and Neal Rijikernberg.

Others include Winston Lomahoza, Musa Mdluli, Vusi Fakudze and Sigodvo Motsa.
