MBABANE:Chief Prince Sicunusa has approached the court, seeking an order directing the family of his deceased girlfriend to release his alleged child.
This comes after the death of Precious Maziya, a Correctional Services Officer who was the Chief’s alleged girlfriend, the family grabbed the child and deprived the Chief as the alleged father, the right to see the minor with an alleged intention to cash money from their sister’s pension amounting to over three hundred thousand Rands(R300,000.00).
The Chief is represented by lawyer Sanele Mabila from S Mabila Attorneys and the matter is pending before court.
