MBABANE:Khangeziwe Mabuza, the Principal Secretary(PS) in the Ministry of Tourism and Environmental Affairs says, no sane leader wants to see any person he/she leads being “destroyed even if there are issues that need to be addressed”.
As a result, the PS said it would be absurd for her as the Principal Secretary in the Ministry of Tourism and Environmental Affairs to be seen going public and accusing a Government employee Tourism Director Gcinangaye Tsabedze of reporting for duty drunk because that would hit hard on the reputation of the employee.
The PS was responding to this Swaziland News regarding a story published earlier on Sunday about Tourism Director Gcinangaye Tsabedze “who is facing removal or transfer, she said “it’s normal for Government employees to be transferred”.
Tourism Director Gcinangaye Tsabedze might be transferred by the Civil Service Commission(CSC) for allegedly absenting herself from work resulting to her superiors approaching the CSC for a possible re-deployment.
