MBABANE:King Mswati says the partnership between eSwatini and Stardust, SHE Powers Africa as well as exploratory discussions with Google Cloud will transform the country into an innovation hub, Government online platforms reported.
The partnership was facilitated by the Minister of Information, Communications and Technology(ICT) Savannah Maziya on the sidelines of the UN General Assembly.
“These initiatives are far more than standalone projects; they are catalysts for realising the Sustainable Development Goals across Africa. They will generate employment, uplift livelihoods, expand access to services, and fortify the resilience of our societies. We acknowledge the bold step to champion action in the Kingdom of Eswatini, which has been presented by Google, Stardust, and SHE Powers Africa. We are grateful for your keen interest in sharing your respective technologies, experiences, and resources with Eswatini. Your trust in our nation reflects a shared conviction that the Kingdom can drive global transformation,” said the King.
