MBABANE:Alpheous Nxumalo, the eSwatini Government Spokesperson was questioned by the court this week to explain if men are, in terms of Customary Law, allowed to have sex with children.
The Government Spokesperson is challenging the constitutionality of the Sexual Offenses and Domestic Violence Act(SODOV) that was used to arrest and charge him with rape, he is arguing that the law undermines Swazi Law and Custom.
