MBABANE:Grindrod celebrated the second(2nd) Anniversary of the company’s Bassopa Safety Culture Campaign across its facilities in eSwatini,Mozambique and South Africa last week.
In a statement sent to this Swaziland News, Grindrod said, the campaign brought together employees, contractors, and strategic partners, including longstanding collaborator Eswatini Railways(ESR).
“The events featured vibrant cultural performances, personal testimonies, and awards recognising those who exemplify safety and live the company’s values daily. At the same events, Grindrod introduced The Grindrod Way, a newly established framework focused on driving business growth and operational effectiveness through a people-centric approach. Kwazi Mabaso, CEO of Grindrod Bulk Division, commented,” reads the statement in part.
