“Qhawe Mamba is the boss here not you”, Channel S journalists tell State Military Intelligence spy Kimberly Mavuso amid bullying of workers.

MBABANE:Kimberly Mavuso, a Channel S journalist who doubles as an alleged State Intelligence spy was warned last week by other employees not to bully journalists of the TV Station.

The journalists went as far as telling the alleged State spy that journalism or the newsroom is not an “Army Barrack” where soldiers take orders without questioning but, national issues are debated to produce quality news.

Journalist Kimberly Mavuso was recruited as a member of the Umbutfo Eswatini Defense Force(UEDF), trained at Mbuluzi but bounced back to the media as a secret spy, he is working as a State Intelligence spy together with other journalists that include Mfankhona Nkambule(Times), Phesheya Sibiya(Channel S) and others deployed within State owned Radio Station, eSwatini TV and Swazi Observer.

“The problem now is that he wants all of us to take orders, I think kwamlimata mani lentfo yekuya emasotjeni for training ngoba sewati kutsi yonkhe intfo isebenta nge-order and bullying kani journalism yehlukile.He wants us to take orders from him yet there’s only one boss within Channel S and the boss is Qhawe Mamba who pays our salaries, we don’t take orders from Kimberly,” said a Channel S employee.

Reached for comments by this Swaziland News on Monday morning , Channel S Director Qhawe Mamba said he was not aware of the bullying of the employees by Kimberly Mavuso.

“I am not aware, but will engage them to understand what is happening,” said the Director.
