MBABANE:Bheki Mamba, the President of the Trade Union Congress of Swaziland(TUCOSWA) was booed and rejected by thousands of teachers during the World Teachers Day Celebrations at the Mavuso Trade Centre on Friday.
This comes amid tension between TUCOSWA and the Swaziland National Association of Teachers(SNAT) after the federation’s Secretary General Mduduzi Gina took SNAT Secretary General Lot Vilakati to court for alleged defamation.
On another note, Education and Training Minister Owen Nxumalo received a warm welcome during the event.
