MBABANE:Mduduzi Matsebula, the Minister of Health says the R7.6million Cancer Screening Trucks purchased through a loan sourced from the World Bank will strengthen eSwatini’s battle against cancer, Government online platforms report.

The Health Minister was addressing journalists on Wednesday morning when officially launching the Cancer Screening Trucks.

“We can significantly enhance treatment success and survival rate by identifying cancer at its earliest stages. This requires investing in robust screening services. Therefore, these mobile clinics are designed to bring screening services directly and closer to our communities in all regions, ensuring that individuals can access vital health checks without the barriers of distance or cost,” he said.
