MBABANE:Julius Malema,the leader of the Economic Freedom Fighters(EFF) says the African National Congress(ANC) cannot be allowed to take irrational and unconstitutional decisions.
Speaking to the EFF Podcast, the EFF leader said South Africa does not have a Parliament supremacy but a constitutional supremacy therefore, the courts have the powers to set aside unconstitutional Parliamentary decisions.
