MBABANE:Muzi Siyaya,the Managing Director of the Ubombo Sugar Limited has called for merit based appointments in both public and the private sector warning that, institutionalized corruption is weakening governance structures in the country.
The Managing Director was speaking on Thursday during the launch of the King V Principles and Recommended Practices for Corporate Governance guide at Esibayeni Lodge. He said the country must consider promoting ethical leadership to discourage corruption in the public administration and the private sector.
