MBABANE:Mlungisi Makhanya, the President of the People’s United Democratic Movement(PUDEMO) has warned against what he described as State capture by the corporate elite.
Addressing the National Executive Committee(NEC) during a meeting held in Mpumalanga-South Africa this weekend, the PUDEMO leader said, the State capture comes as if it’s development yet a systematic capture of State institutions. He made an example about the building of a private cancer hospital and “wondered why the investment is not channeled to develop and improve the already existing public hospitals”.
