MBABANE:Velaphi Mamba,the Treasurer General of the People’s United Democratic Movement(PUDEMO) says as a political organization, they don’t perceive Tinkhundla Members of Parliament(MPs) as enemies but emaSwati with different political views.
Mamba was invited by the Pan African Parliament(PAP) to share a different political view as more countries in Africa fast become military States subsequent to military coups, these countries include Mali, Chad, Guinea, Sudan, Burkina Faso, Niger, Gabon and Madagascar.
“We don’t perceive Tinkhundla MPs as our enemies but other emaSwati with different political views,” he said.
King’s appointee Senator Stukie Motsa and Mtsambama Member of Parliament(MP) Sibongile Mamba met the PUDEMO Treasure General during the Pan African Parliament, the MPs shared eSwatini Government’s position on military coups while Mamba shared a pro-democracy perspective.
