BARBERTON:Timothy Myeni, the Ncandweni Christ Ambassadors lead singer and his wife S’bhekile Myeni are celebrating twenty-five(25) years in marriage.

The former Nkilongo Member of Parliament(MP) who was invited to sing at Faith Mission Barberton Church last week, told members of the church that his wife has been supporting him.

“We are celebrating 25 years in marriage with four children.I am grateful for the support I have been receiving from my wife all these years. Mane mine sengigugile yena solo akafuni kuguga,” said the former MP.

Reached for comments by this Swaziland News on Saturday, Colani Hlatjwako, the One Billion Rising women’s rights advocacy organization Coordinator said, ex-MP Timothy Myeni and his wife’s journey in marriage will motivate other couples.

“We congratulate the Myeni family on reaching this remarkable milestone in their marriage. It is truly encouraging to see couples who continue to stand strong together. We recognize that marriage is a journey filled with both ups and downs, but when partners genuinely understand one another, address their differences, respect each other, and view each other as equals, they can overcome any challenge. Eswatini is experiencing high rates of divorce and their enduring union serves as a meaningful reminder that long-lasting marriages are still possible. We wish them many more happy and successful years together”, she said.
