LOZITHA:King Mswati has urged emaSwati to remain calm and place their trust in God.
The King was preaching at Lozitha Palace on Saturday during the End of Year Prayer Service, the religious service was graced by former Botswana President Lieutenant General Ian Khama and ex-President of the Democratic Republic of Congo(DRC) Joseph Kabila.
“When you are faced with tumultuous situations, do not lose hope. Draw closer to God, lift up your hands, worship Him and He will give you a mighty breakthrough. Those who walk with God will see great miracles and will not be consumed by the fires of life. We must not take the grace and favour of God for granted. Let us continue to pray earnestly in the morning, in the afternoon and in the evening for our nation, our leaders and our people. God does not forget those who worship Him; He will guard them jealously and grant them victory,” said the King as quoted by Government online platforms.
The King further urged emaSwati to remain thankful, seek God diligently and hold on to their faith, trusting that the same God who has carried the country this far will continue to protect and bless the Kingdom of eSwatini.
