UNDP Resident Representative Henrik Franklin calls for nature-based solutions to protect environment and tackle climate-change challenges.

EZULWINI:Henrik Franklin, the United Nations Development Program(UNDP) Resident Representative has called for nature-based solutions to protect the environment and tackle climate-change challenges.

The UNDP Resident Representative was speaking on Friday at the banks of the Lusushwana River and this was during the a project exhibition on nature-based solutions seeking to protect the environment, Muzi Mahlobo, the Coca-Cola Swaziland(CONCO) Limited was present during the event.

“Nature-based solutions are critical for building resilience to climate change, protecting biodiversity, and promoting sustainable development. Through this project, we aim to demonstrate the value of investing in nature and promote a more sustainable future for eSwatini,” he said.
