MBABANE:Zakhele Dlamini, the Managing Director of Funduzi Forensic Services has come out to clarify that, the investigation company “has a fully operational Office based in Mbabane and therefore, serving him with court papers cannot be challenge”.
This comes after the Times Sunday reported that, Sheriffs or Court Messengers allegedly sent by Swazipharm Director Kareem Ashraff could not locate Dlamini, alleging that the company that investigated the multibillion shortage of drugs in public hospitals does not have registered Offices.
Ashraff through his alternative company AvaPharm(Pty) Ltd is suing Funduzi Forensic Services R250million, the politically connected businessman of Indonesian origin is also suing Dlamini through his other companies or “company he allegedly operates through businesswoman Zinhle Matsebula” and, the collective amount demanded by Ashraff directly and indirectly is over R600million.
“We have Offices in Mbabane as you can see, they are just trying to discredit the job we did for the country”, said the Funduzi Director.
But the Times Sunday reported that, Sheriffs were struggling to locate Dlamini when seeking to serve him with court papers, the Times journalist published a picture of an empty office claiming to be Funduzi operational premises.
Ashraff in alleged collaboration with his alleged friend Chief Justice Bheki Maphalala has launched a new wave of legal action against all those investigating him for alleged corruption, he recently filed a lawsuit against Anti Corruption Commission(ACC) investigator Clement Sifiso Khumalo, he is demanding R5million from the ACC seconded State detective.
