MBABANE:Thabo Kunene, the alleged Commander of the Swaziland International Solidarity Forces(SISF) will appear in court next week, his politically motivated terrorism case has been postponed to the 27th November 2025.
The case has drawn attention from members of the Mass Democratic Movement, who were present in court to show their support for Kunene.
But Kunene’s lawyer has argued that his client was unlawfully arrested in South Africa and subsequently trafficked into Eswatini, violating international laws and extradition procedures.
