MBABANE:Businessman Brown Mogotsi has alleged before the Madlanga Commission that, KwaZulu Natal Provincial Police Commissioner Nhlanhla Mkhwanazi and King MisuZulu were recruited as agents of the United States(US) Central Intelligence Agency(CIA), eNCA reported.

Mogotsi was testifying on Tuesday, the Madlanga Commission was appointed by South African President Cyril Ramaphosa to investigate allegations of political interference into the operations of the South African Police Service(SAPS).
