MBABANE:Andreas Dlamini, the Principal Secretary(PS) in the Ministry of Information, Communication and Technology(ICT) says the Combined National Strategy for the Fourth and Fifth Industrial Revolution seeks to transform the economy.
The PS was speaking this week during a Consultative Workshop this week organized by the Ministry’s Department of Research, Science, Technology and Innovation(RSTI).
"Our goal is to transform our economy and shift our industries from low-value to high-value activities,” he said as quoted by Government online platforms.
