MBABANE:Colin Carlston,the Director of Galitos Eswatini allegedly disappeared with about R4million workers terminal benefits after selling the company.
As a result, Bongiwe Sibongile Lokotfwako and forty-five(45) other employees took the businessman to the Industrial Court demanding three million, nine hundred and thirty-seven thousand, eight hundred and thirty-nine Rands, twenty cents(R3,937,839.20), the matter will be heard by the court on Friday and the workers are represented by Setsabile Matsebula from SST Matsebula Attorneys.
