MBABANE:Hlobsile Ndlovu, the Ludzidzini Council member has instructed Robison Bertram lawyers to deal decisively with family members who are questioning her for allegedly selling an over R15million family property to Parliament Speaker Jabulani ‘Buy Cash’ Mabuza without permission from the other beneficiaries.
In a letter dated 6th October 2025 and addressed to the other beneficiaries’ lawyers, the Ludzidzini Council member stated categorically that, “she will not reverse the sale of the property even though other beneficiaries are vigorously against the decision”, the property is a Shopping Complex belonging to Hlobsile Ndlovu’s father and situated in Pigg’s Peak Town.
Reputable brands that include Furniture Warehouse, PeP, Dunns among others, are renting the property for business.
“Our father warned us against selling these family properties, he said these properties will benefit even his great-grandchildren. Nyalo sihlolelwa ngu-Hlobsile sewutsengisele ‘Buy Cash’ le-property yaBabe. Nawumbuta utakutjela kutsi sivumelene and we signed kani phela Hlobsile uyatiwa lakhaya as very skiled in forging signatures, wabona lakucaleni nje kutsi wenta njani nawusayina, iphelile indzaba. Siye sitsi sihleti sive sekasitjela kutsi ngibese sengiyaku-sayinela ungasahlupheki”, said the family member.
When this Swaziland News contacted the Ludzidzini Council member, she failed to clarify why she sold the family property to ‘Buy Cash’.
It has been disclosed that, the property has been sold for over R15million, Speaker Jabulani Buy Cash Mabuza was not immediately available for a comment.
On another note, other beneficiaries within the family have accused Hlobsile Ndlovu of abusing her powers to bully them within the family and sell family properties.
