Civil Service Commission (CSC) Commissioners must individually and personally pay for Government Spokesperson Alpheous Nxumalo’s contract renewal.

Sunday, 7th December, 2025

The factional squabbles of Tinkhundla is once again costing us as tax payers millions, after Civil service renewed former Government Spokesperson’s contract, worse whilst he still faces a criminal case.

We see that almost everyone is focusing on the alleged crime faced by the Government Spokesperson, the one critical question as emaSwati we ought to interrogate is; how on earth did the Commission deem it fit to renew a contract of a person who has not only retired, but actually facing a criminal case of serious degree as this one, whilst in principle he remains innocent until declared otherwise by the court in due course.

Only factional politics between and amongst Tinkhundla stooges, who daily are embroiled in a donkey fight to eliminate each other, and or settle scores using the State position and their deadly fight for proximity to the royal throne.

Everything gravitates against the grain for the Civil Service Commission to have reached such a careless and irrational decision.

As we speak another case is before the industrial court overperformance as per the terms of that erroneous contract.

The truth herein is, that those involved must take full responsibility for this mess, emaSwati cannot continue to bare the obnoxious decision because some power-drunk boys and girls have resorted to a catfight over who has how many balls at the expense of our hard earned resources, which we worked for in the burning sun, under life threatening situations sometimes.
