MBABANE:Alpheous Nxumalo, the Government Spokesperson, wants to earn over fifty thousand Rands (R50,000.00) monthly salary while sitting at home, facing child rape criminal charges.
Nxumalo filed an urgent application at the Industrial Court demanding the salaries for two (2) months after signing a contract with Government through the Civil Service Commission (CSC).
Judge Abande Dlamini ordered Alpheous Nxumalo and Government to resolve the labour dispute out of court but, the Judge told the Government Government Spokesperson that he was “more than welcome” to approach the court again if there’s no agreement within a reasonable period of time.
