MBABANE:Ezulwini Indvuna Sifiso Mashampu Khumalo has appointed Daladi Dlamini as a member of the Inner Council (Bandlancane) despite the businessman’s ‘fight’ with ex-wife over the multimillion Emfuleni Lifestyle ownership.

Efforts to reach the businessman for a comment proved unsuccessful at the time of compiling this report, his cellphone rang unanswered.

Businessman Daladi Dlamini has been involved in a court battle with ex-wife Hleli Ginindza, he was divorced for allegedly residing with another woman within the premises of Emfuleni Lifestyle while Ginindza was away working as a diplomat in other countries.

But another court battle over the ownership of the multimillion Emfuleni Lifestyle erupted thereafter, Hleli Ginindza told the court that she personally took over R2million loan when establishing the business and the husband was just the Manager.

Ginindza wants the court to issue an order, evicting the businessman from the premises of Emfuleni Lifestyle.

The business is situated on Eswatini Nation Land (ENL) and now Daladi Dlamini, a member of the Inner Council, holds traditional power of influence within Ezulwini.
