MBABANE:Hlobsile Dlamini has been appointed as the Acting Principal Secretary in the Ministry of Tourism and Environmental Affairs.

This comes after Cabinet through Finance Minister Neal Rijikernberg appointed PS Khangeziwe Mabuza as a seconded Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of the Sincemphetelo Motor Vehicle Accident Fund (SMVAF).
