One of the King’s bodyguards once told me that, Mswati is more dangerous when smiling and laughing with you, he can work with you for more than two (2) years while looking for a perfect replacement after removing you.

The bodyguard told me how Mswati was investigating his cattle overseer Macaleni Dlamini while smiling and laughing with him, this was after emaSwati reported Macaleni to the King through Sibaya, accusing him of abusing the King’s name to steal cattle belonging to emaSwati.

But on his last day at work, Mswati allegedly instructed Dlamini to deliver his cattle presented to him as tetfulo at the Malkerns Tibiyo TakaNgwanr Dalcrue Farm.

But Macaleni first delivered some of the cows at his private home, the King managed to get first hand information that Macaleni was stealing his cattle after instructing one of his trusted servants to follow him on his way to the Dalcrue Farm, Macaleni was then fired.

Now, we have Army Commander Moses Mashikilisane Fakudze who divided the Army but, he has started telling everyone who cares to listen that, he won’t be fired.

Well, I am surprised to learn that some of the people working with the King actually don’t know Mswati, the King instructed Mashikilisane to train young “Butimba men” so that they can continue after Mashikilisane, it seems the Army Commander didn’t understand what the King was doing.

But the delay in removing Mashikilisane is not about him in his personal capacity but, the King is being extra careful because “this is the Commander of the Army”, you cannot just remove him based on media reports and, without analyzing the situation and verifying the information particularly, the serious of the allegations and how these allegations undermine State security.

Indeed, it’s not about Moses Mashikilisane Fakudze having the strongest traditional healers, Mswati does not rush when doing things, as he grows older, he appears to be developing the highest level of emotional intelligence and even though I disagree with the King politically, “sometimes “I like the way he does things”.

Mswati will laugh with you and if you don’t know him, you will even think “Inkhosi iyangiva” not knowing that he is still trying to find a way how he can manage or remove you in a more diplomatic manner.

It should be noted that, the King has been on the Throne for forty (40) years, he knows how to reshuffle his corrupt loyalists without compromising the stability of the Throne.

So Army Commander Moses Mashikilisane Fakudze must know that, his day is coming, if he is lucky the King will appoint him to another position as a diplomat way to remove him.

Mswati operates like a crocodile, he is very patient when handling such critical issues and knows that “one mistake”, the Throne is gone!.

The King is surrounded by dangerous and corrupt criminals but, he has been managing these alleged criminals, otherwise, if he can just fire or dismiss those accused of corruption, he might find himself alone because almost everyone next to Mswati is corrupt to the core.
