MBABANE:Ntuntuko Dlamini, the former Minister of Public Works and Transport and member of the royal family, is attending the ongoing Incwala ceremony at Ludzidzini Palace.
But the Correctional Services Administrators told the State controlled media on Friday that, some inmates including Dlamini were allowed to attend Incwala, assisting them connect with culture, the former Minister was convicted of murder.
