MBABANE:Government Spokesperson Alpheous Nxumalo was allowed back to work but, it seems the alleged serial rapist in his personal capacity, has been systematically declared ‘redundant’ while his Deputy Thabile Mdluli continues with the duties

Nxumalo returned to work after Government told the Industrial Court that, he won’t get paid because he did not render services as per his contract of employment.

Judge Abande Dlamini subsequently ordered that the matter proceed after the State refused to pay Nxumalo, his contract signed with the Civil Service Commission (CSC) was rejected by Prime Minister Russell Mmiso Dlamini on the basis that, Nxumalo cannot speak on behalf of Government while facing rape criminal charges.

The matter is pending before the Industrial Court.
