MBABANE:Young boys (Ingatja) with albinism and disabilities were among the thousands who delivered Lusekwane at Ludzidzini Palace on Sunday.

Speaking to this Swaziland News on Monday evening, King’s Senate appointee Stukie Motsa applauded the King for welcoming the young boys and embracing inclusivity.

Senator Motsa further thanked the Office of the Deputy Prime Minister (DPM) Thulisile Dladla for embracing the idea of having Persons with Disabilities attending Incwala Ceremony, the Senator is the founder of Stukie Foundation and Chairperson of the Senate Disability Committee tasked with influencing the development of policies seeking to improve the welfare of disabled people.

“As an organization and as Chairperson of the Senate Disability Committee, I would like to send our heartfelt gratitude to the DPM’s Office (Disability Unit) for embracing the idea of having Persons with Albinism and those with disabilities to attend the Incwala Ceremony. You will recall that even during uMhlanga they participated. This does not only embrace inclusivity but also allows interaction with other people. Siyawabonga neMakhosi kutsi avule tandla emukele wonkhe umuntfu,” said the Senator.
