MBABANE:The Industrial Court has dismissed an urgent application filed by the Management of the Southern African Nazarene University (SANU), seeking to stop a legal strike action.
Judge Faith Nga’ndu ordered on Thursday that, the strike action must go ahead, the workers were represented by lawyer Gabsile Xolile Mnisi from MLK Ndlangamandla Attorneys while Modicai Donga appeared for the Management.
