MBABANE:Andile Mngwevu, the City of Ekurhuleni Member of the Mayoral Committee (MMC) for Transport is missing according to a report by NewzRoom Afrika.
Mngwevu who was travelling with four (4) others, had his car allegedly swept away by floods in Mozambique, a search began on Sunday.
