PHUZUMOYA: CECI Engineering Consultants, a Taiwan company presented the R5.2billion Strategic Oil Reserve construction progress report this week to the Management of the Eswatini National Petroleum Company (ENPC) and the Technical Committee led by Chairperson Dumezweni Dlamini.
ENPC Acting Chief Executive Officer (CEO) Candy Stromvig was present at Phuzamoya in Siphofaneni during the presentation of the progress report, the construction of the Strategic Oil Reserve is going on smoothly.
