REVEALED: Taiwan Embassy Second Secretary Ju Yun Jeng fraudulently attends Rwanda Africa Food Systems Forum pretending to be Liswati, ‘kicked out’ after introducing herself as a Taiwanese distributing rice in Eswatini.

KIGALI: Ju Yun Jeng, the Second Secretary in the Taiwan Embassy fraudulently travelled to Rwanda for the Food Systems Forum pretending to be Liswati and this, is according to information sourced from the Rwandan State Intelligence.

But an independent investigation conducted by this Swaziland News uncovered that, on or around 31st August 2024, Ju Yun Jeng left the country through the King Mswati International Airport after being fraudulently included in the Eswatini Government’s Africa Food Systems Forum delegation led by Nelson Mavuso, the Director of Agriculture in the Ministry of Agriculture and Cooperatives, the event took place from the 2nd to the 6th September 2024 in Kigali, the capital city of Rwanda.

Taiwan does not have diplomatic relations with Rwanda and other African countries and as a result, the Mainland China, based on diplomatic agreements, frowns upon African and other States who recognize it’s Taiwan Province as an independent State.

It has been disclosed that, Ju Yun Jeng introduced herself as a diplomat from the Taiwan Embassy in Eswatini when addressing the Food Systems Forum, the Rwandan high level intelligence information suggests that, she was quietly grabbed by the police and other State security officers and, given a few hours to leave the country as her presence was “threatening the strong diplomatic relations between Rwanda and the People’s Republic of China (PRC)”.

“I am from the Taiwan Embassy in Eswatini, we are fighting poverty in Eswatini by distributing rice in the various communities and, we are willing to help more African countries fight poverty,” the Taiwan ‘diplomat said but, she was immediately grabbed by State security officers a few seconds later, dragged out of the building and ordered to leave the country.

When this publication investigated and verified Jeng’s diplomatic passport through the Eswatini-Rwandan Immigration Systems, it was confirmed that, she returned to Eswatini on Tuesday (3rd September 2024) and this was after being given a few hours to leave Rwanda the previous day, Monday, 2nd September 2024, the first day of the Food Systems Forum.

The incident was kept a top secret in Eswatini but information gathered suggests that Rwandan authorities were very upset after learning that, the Eswatini Government fraudulently assisted a Taiwanese national to attend and even address the Food Systems Forum thus threatening Rwanda’s relations with China.

A questionnaire was sent to Ju Yun Jeng, the Second Secretary in the Taiwan Embassy however, she had not responded at the time of compiling this report.

An effort was made to contact Director of Agriculture in the Eswatini Ministry of Agriculture and Cooperatives, his cellphone rang unanswered.

But the Eswatini Government has been fraudulently including Taiwan nationals in various delegations when invited to attend international meetings, Taiwan is not recognized as a country by the United Nations (UN) and based on these diplomatic restrictions, Taiwan ‘diplomats’ would fraudulently attend global meetings pretending to be Eswatini citizens working for the Eswatini Government.

Ju Yun Jeng, the Second Secretary in the Taiwan Embassy who fraudulently attended the Rwanda Food Systems Forum pretending to be Liswati, is the Head of Taiwan Agriculture Projects in Eswatini.

She is also a strategic diplomat for the Taiwan Embassy who “distributes rice to current and aspiring Eswatini Members of Parliament (MPs)”, the rice is then distributed to voters and used to influence the Kingdom’s Tinkhundla Parliamentary elections to ensure that, more MPs and aspiring politicians supporting Taiwan secure seats in Parliament to protect Taiwan interests.

But Taiwan is regarded as a Province of China as per the United Nations (UN) Security Council Resolution 2758 of 1971 and, Eswatini has been undermining the Sovereignty and interfering in China’s domestic affairs by recognizing Taiwan as an independent State.
