MBABANE: Nathie E. Dlamini, the Business Eswatini Chief Executive Officer (CEO) has described newly appointed and seconded CEO of the Sincemphetelo Motor Vehicle Accident Fund (SMVAF) Khangeziwe Mabuza as a visionary leader who will transform the institution.
In a statement sent to this Swaziland News on Monday by the Business Eswatini Communications Office, the business and/or private sector organization said during a welcoming meeting last week with the new SMVAF CEO, she spoke highly about the ‘MVA’ supportive staff she inherited adding that, she “regards the staff as a solid foundation upon which she is building her ambitious plans”, for the institution.
“We departed not just encouraged but genuinely inspired. In Ms. Khangeziwe Mabuza, we see a leader whose clarity of purpose, operational decisiveness, and expansive vision are exactly what the moment demands. Her leadership marks a new horizon for SMVAF, one defined by efficiency, innovation, compassion, and an unwavering commitment to saving lives,” said the Business Eswatini CEO.
