MBABANE: Gciniwe Fakudze, the Mbabane Chief Executive Officer (CEO) has embarked on a campaign to close some bars and bottle stores within the city resulting to job losses.
The closing of the entertainment companies intensified on Monday afternoon at Fontein and surrounding areas and, there was no immediate comment from the Office of the CEO hence the reason behind the closure of the companies remain unknown.
Hundreds are highly expected to lose their jobs as Fakudze closes the entertainment companies, Eswatini has about 70% of the population living below the poverty line.
