MBABANE: Phiwangesihle Qiniso Dlamini, the son to Dwaleni Farm Lodge owners Busisiwe Mabuza and Nkosinathi Dlamini, has been listed by the police as a wanted rape suspect.
This comes after this Swaziland News reported how the police attempted to sabotage the case saying Dlamini can’t be arrested because he is royalty, the mother of the fifteen (15) year-old victim subsequently approached National Commissioner Vusi Manoma Masango and reported the cops who were denying her daughter justice.
Phiwangesihle Qiniso Dlamini is Prince Makhungu’s grandson and Prince Makhungu was the son of King Sobhuza and Inkhosikati LaMhlanga.
In an online statement, the police appealed for public assistance to apprehend Dlamini, the suspect allegedly kidnapped and raped a 15 year-old girl and might face criminal charges under the Sexual Offenses and Domestic Violence Act (SODOV) Act.
