EZULWINI: The multibillion International Convention Centre (ICC) and Five Star Hotel has been completed, King Mswati confirmed when delivering his Speech from the Throne last week.
The King said the new ICC and Five Star Hotel must start generating revenue for the country adding that, the facility will also be used to host his forty (40) years on the Throne and birthday double celebration.
