MBABANE:Brightwell Nkambule, the Commissioner General of the Eswatini Revenue Service (ERS) has released a schedule of transactions requiring a Tax Compliance Certificate (TCC).
The new Regulations suggest that, emaSwati who purchased cars will not have their vehicles registered in their names if they “are owing tax or not tax compliant”.
Eswatini is currently facing cash flow challenges and the Government through the Eswatini Revenue Service is enforcing tax laws to collect more revenue.
