NOKWANE: Army Commander Jeffery Shabalala has resigned.

This comes after series of electronic evidence released by this Swaziland News that exposed King Mswati’s secrets and State information revealing how the arrest of pro-democracy Members of Parliament(MPs) was plotted.

Shabalala announced his resignation during a press conference held at the Army Headquarters at Nokwane on Monday.

The resignation of the Army Commander comes at the time when he was attempting to send soldiers and other State security agents to assassinate the editor of this publication.

This is contained in the electronic evidence that was released by this publication last week.

But insiders within the Army alleged that the army Commander was fired by the King.
