MBABANE: Pro-democracy Members of Parliament(MPs) Bacede Mabuza and Mthandeni Dube are stranded here at the High Court in Mbabane on this Tuesday after Judge Mumcy Dlamini failed to appear in court.
Judge Dlamini was allegedly commanded by King Mswati to deny the MPs bail after ordering the police to arrest them, according to an electronic evidence implicating resigned Army Commander Jeffery Shabalala and released by this Swaziland News.
The MPs were arrested for demanding democratic reforms on behalf of the people, they charged under the Supression of Terrorism Act 2008.
It information gathered from legal practitioners and officers of the court suggests that the Judge might appear visually and postpone the matter again.
