Prime Minister relaxes COVID-19 restrictions, alcohol to be sold Monday to Friday.

MBABANE: Prime Minister Cleopas Dlamini has relaxed COVID-19 lockdown restrictions, alcohol to be sold from Monday to Friday.

The relaxed measures were announced by the PM on Thursday in Mbabane.

“Night Clubs, night vigils and memorial services remain prohibited. All other measures as captured in Risk Level 2 remain the same. The Ministry of Commerce will enforce strict adherence to these new restrictions through the withdrawal of licenses to all businesses found contravening them,"said the Prime Minister.

The PM said he was happy that the vaccination rollout exercise has reached more emaSwati and residents of this Kingdom and applauded the Ministry of Health and all stakeholders involved in the vaccination campaign.
