Dvokodvweni youth builds a house for Gogo Sibongile Mbingo of KaLanga.

DVOKODVWENI: The youth of Dvokodvweni has visited Gogo Sibongile Mbingo of KaLanga in the Lubombo region who was interviewed by this Swaziland News asking for food.

Eswatini, a tiny Kingdom situated in Southern Africa has about 70% of the population living below the poverty line, a majority of the citizens are in need of food, decent houses and other basic necessities of life.

Gogo Mbingo firstly received food from Menzi Foundation on Wednesday, the youth of Dvokodweni and businesspeople of the area later joined hands to offer their  support in building a house.

“As young people of Dvokodvweni, we were touched upon seeing the situation of Gogo Mbingo on Swaziland News, with the help of local businesspeople, we have started the process of building her a house”,said Ncobile Mazibuko, a representative of the youth.

Gogo Sibongile Mbingo said she was happy with the generosity demonstrated by the youth of Dvokodweni, adding that she will now sleep in a decent house.
