MBABANE: Nkosinathi Twenty Dlamini, the police officer who allegedly shot and killed two Lomahasha residents for rebuking King Mswati is hiding at Ludzidzini Royal Palace(eMalawini).
This comes after the police officer shot and killed Mcolisi Sgubhu Nyoni and Mpostoli Masilela for rebuking King Mswati during a funeral at Lomahasha on or around 15th July 2021.Twenty Dlamini whose home is situated at Sitsatsaweni, Siteki was subsequently arrested and released on bail and was later attacked by members of the public who also threatened to burn his home.
The alleged serial killer cop was photographed by royal insiders at Ludzidzini Palace, he rushed to hide there after being attacked by members of the public and nurses refused to treat him in almost all the hospitals.
As a result, Dlamini was treated at Ludzidzini Royal Palace and is currently kept there.
Police Spokesperson Phindile Vilakati had not responded at the time of compiling this report.
Reached for comments, Wandile Dludlu, the Secretary General of the People’s United Democratic Movement(PUDEMO) said the fact that Twenty Dlamini ran to hide at Ludzidzini proved that the order to kill came from there.
“The fact that he ran to hide at Ludzidzini is a clear indication that the order to kill came from the King. That’s why even if Mswati and the government can deny it, we know where the order to kill the citizens came from”, said the PUDEMO Secretary General.
Eswatini is in the midst of a political chaos, Mswati allegedly unleashed soldiers and the police to shot and kill protesting civilians.
