The matter between the Prince and this publication was heard at the High Court of Mpumalanga on Tuesday, it came after the Prince took this publication to court to interdict over what he described as publication of his private information. This publication exposed how the Prince allegedly crossed the border to meet other State security agents to smuggle guns to be used in the ongoing shooting and killing of civilians.

Senior Counsel Myron Dewyance who was representing the editor and this publication submitted before the court that the respondents were ready to proceed with the matter and would file opposing papers today(Tuesday). He said they received the papers and instructions last night and that caused the delay in filing.

The Senior Counsel said the respondents being the editor and this publication intend to demand security of costs from the applicant as he was not a resident of  South Africa.
