Royal Kraal Governor collapse at Nhlangano Regional Offices

Tuesday, 5th November, 2019

This happened today(Monday 05-11-19) after the Governor was reported to the office of the Regional Administrator for allegedly grabbing a portion of land from Enock Mdluli(80). Reached for comments, Mdluli confirmed the matter saying the Governor vomited and subsequently collapsed, they were both summoned by the Regional Traditional Court.

“I reported him to the Regional Administrator for allegedly snatching my land, we both came for the case at the RA’s office. But sadly he started vomiting and collapsed. I  tried to assist him while calling the Nhlangano Fire and Emergecny Services Ambulance that arrived immediately.”

Nhlangano National Fire and Emergency Services Station Manager Morris Simelane confirmed the matter. “We did get a tip off that a person has collapsed at the Government offices at Nhlangano and we responded to the call. I can confirm that he was rushed to Nhlangano Health Centre for a medical attention.”

Shiselweni Regional Secretary(RS) when reached for comments said he had just arrived at work and was not aware that the Governor has just collapsed.

“I have just arrived at work and the matter has not been reported to my office at the moment” he said

When this publication contacted the Governor for comment, he declined while speaking in a low voice

"I can't comment on the matter" he said

Insiders confirm that at the time of compiling this report, he was still in hospital receiving treatment.
