Out on bail Students Union President Colani Maseko says Mswati’s regime must fall.

MANZINI: Colani Maseko, the President of the Swaziland National Union of Students(SNUS) said Mswati’s regime must fall.

Addressing his supporters and members of the public at the Manzini Magistrate Court, the influential youth leader called for the release of incarcerated political prisoners that include pro-democracy MP Bacede Mabuza and Amos Mbedzi.

“Phansi ngaMswati phansi”, said the Students leader.

Maseko was charged with Sedition and malicious damage to property after he allegedly led University students to destroy portraits belonging to King Mswati.

The Students Union leader appeared at the Magistrate Court on Wednesday for a remind hearing.
