NGONINI: Sibongile Mazibuko ,the President of the Ngwane National Liberatory Congress (NNLC), says women must value themselves in relationships they found themselves in with their partners.
Speaking during an event organised by One Billion Rising Africa at Ngonini under the theme we “Empower to inspire" Mazibuko said young girls should know their worth and stop funding relationships because they end up being killed once they stopped doing those things.
"To you young girls, pride yourself with dignity and stop attending boys who are not affording themselves, close your legs and know your worth.To you young boys ,there is nothing wrong when a women says its over,just accept and move on ,stop killing our children,"said the NNLC President.
Reached for comments, Busisiwe Bhembe, the President of Gcama Mfati said there is no intimacy when pain is instilled in someone's life.
"Women should report any form of abuse that is happening to their closest relatives and even to themselves, we will only be able to eradicate Gender Based Violence if we stand together and fight tooth and nail against the injustices towards women and girls", she said .
