LOBAMBA: Marwick Khumalo, the Lobamba Lomdzala Member of Parliament(MP) has urged Housing Minister Prince Simelane to withdraw his “fire with fire” statement.
Speaking in Parliament on Tuesday, MP Khumalo said perhaps, the Minister uttered those statement not knowing what would happen thereafter and urged him to withdraw.
“I call upon the Minister to withdraw the 'fire with fire' statement, perhaps he uttered those statements not knowing what would happen thereafter”, said the MP.
The Housing Minister urged soldiers and the police to fight ‘fire with fire' before the June 2021 massacre, dozens of civilians were later killed.
