King Mswati’s lawyer Brian Kahn is not and will never be an editor of this publication, he must just back-off.

I am writing this article based on an email Kahn sent to my legal team suggesting that if the court case between me and his clients Mswati and the Government is newsworthy to me, then I must also report about the new application where Kahn accused me of contempt of court.

Well, let me make it clear to Brian Kahn that I am the editor of this publication, it is within my powers to analyze and decide on what needs to be published and the angles of the stories.

I have never interfered with Brian Kahn’s duties as a lawyer and I am not expecting him to write ‘useless’ emails trying to tell me what needs to be published here, this is not Mswati’s publication.

Brian Kahn must not vent his desperation on me through my legal team, he must do what the King and the Government paid him for and provide legal services.

In conclusion, let me once again remind Brian Kahn that as long as I am the editor of this Swaziland News, no one, whether it’s Mswati, Government or his lawyers will ever control what needs to be published here.

Perhaps, this article will assist Brian Kahn when writing future emails to my legal team, his must just control his desperation and never ever dream of controlling this publication.

This publication is not owned or controlled by Mswati and we will never publish what ‘romances’ a corrupt King who loots public funds and kill protesting civilians.
